Transpalatal Arch (TPA) Appliance, closely conforms to the palatal tissue of the maxillary arch, ensuring an optimal palatal arch width of the first molars following expansion treatment. The TPA prevents the molars from rotating and migrating mesially. The appliance includes a mid-palatal omega loop, for active adjustments to accommodate minor expansion and molar rotations.
